Where else can you look for scholarships?
check with your parent's employer--some offer scholarships to employees' children
check with your church and community organizations, credit unions, insurance agencies, etc.
check with your specific college/university--almost all of them offer scholarships, but pay attention to their deadlines.
Register with one or more scholarship search services. You can set up a profile on these sites and they help find scholarships that match your qualifications.
Register with Raise.me. Most THS students set up a Raise.me account in class, but it's easy to sign up if not. Enter your information and update it each semester to see how being a good student can pay off in the form of a scholarship.
The Minnie Stevens Piper Foundation publishes a helpful guide with estimated costs for each college and university in Texas.
