TISD Families,
We are aware of the city water issue. We also know that we will likely be under a boil water notice on Monday. This means we will not be able to use our water fountains at the elementary campus.
If your child attends the elementary school, please try to send them to school with a bottle of water. The district will also have bottled water available but it will be helpful if your child brings a bottle as well.
At this time, we do not expect any other changes to our school day tomorrow. If there are any changes or updates we will notify families through ParentSquare and our Facebook page.
Sincerely,
Jeremy Strickland

This weekend, the THS Robotics Program finished the UIL State Championship as the Second Runner-Up bringing home the Bronze Medal. On top of this, the team's robot finished second in the state bringing home the Silver Medal.
Trenton ISD developed the Robotic Program eight years ago and the program has advanced to the UIL State Championship in all eight years.
This program has provided hundreds of students with amazing opportunities, not to mention helping them develop traits that they will use for the rest of their lives.
Congratulations again to the more than 60 students who participated in this year's robotics program. We also appreciate the Trenton Police Department and Volunteer Fire Department for the escort home last night. What an amazing community we live in.
We want to say a special thank you to all of this year's sponsors. Your generosity is a key part of our program's success.
Last but not least, thank you to our coaches, Larry and Kenny Williams. The amount of time and effort you put into this program and our students is unmatched. Thank you for your dedication to our students.
