Tomorrow morning,Trenton ISD will be hosting a middle and high school Cross Country Meet beginning at 8 am.
For our neighbors that travel CR 4909, Harli Drive, and Tiger Lane, we will have runners on your roads.
We will also be running in the ditch along the front of the high school on 815.
We have plenty of volunteers assigned to key areas for safety but please use caution along the roads from 8 am until Noon.

TISD Families,
Please see the letter from Mr. Strickland regarding returning to normal school activities.

TISD Families,
Yesterday, after school, we were made aware of a possible threat at our middle school campus. District Administration and the Trenton ISD Police Department reviewed the information of this possible threat through the night. Our district has also contacted outside authorities about the possible threat.
Out of an abundance of caution, Trenton ISD will be closed today. We need more time to complete the investigation and determine whether this threat is credible or not. Trenton ISD takes safety threats seriously and is committed to efficiently investigating threats of any nature.
A decision regarding tonight’s athletic events will be made later today.
Sincerely,
Jeremy Strickland
Superintendent
Trenton ISD

It was another great day at TISD! We've enjoyed the dress up days and seeing all the school spirit associated with Homecoming Week. Tomorrow is SPIRIT Day and we can't wait to see our students displaying their TIGER PRIDE!

MS
Game Day!

Tiger Fans,
Please see the letter from Mr. Strickland regarding spectator behavior at athletic events. Whether it's middle or high school, home or away, your behavior matters.
#TigersTogether

Absolutely another GREAT night to be a Tiger!! Thank you to all the students, staff, parents, and community members that came together to make tonight's Homecoming Celebration a success.

I'm not sure who enjoyed today's 80's Workout more, the students or staff! It's always fun when the staff participates with our students in dress up days! #TigersTogether

It's Homecoming Parade Day!
The Trenton ISD Homecoming Parade will start at 6:30 pm this evening and travel from the high school to the square and then back to the high school. We will have a community pep rally at the football stadium at the conclusion of the parade.
If you are attending the pep rally this evening, please park in the overflow parking lot. TISD staff and students will be parking in the main parking lot. We will also be blocking off the North side of the main parking lot for our floats, so please do not park on the North side of the main parking lot.
We look forward to seeing everyone this evening! #TigersTogether

Congratulations to the JV football team for their shutout victory over Wolfe City 14-0.

Did you know that September is Suicide Awareness Month? Mental health is so important to each of us, and I guarantee that all of us know someone who struggles to stay mentally healthy (and sometimes it's us, personally). One way we can improve mental health is to speak up about it and remove the stigma. The THS Leadership Team has been participating in the Walk for Hope for the last 6 years, and the event grows each year. The Walk is September 28th. Our goal is to continue to grow our team and to invite others to join us. Click on link for more information and how to register. The THS Leadership Team has selected a shirt and we will be wearing it the day of the walk. If you would like to order a shirt, the deadline is September 20th.

Truly a great day to be a Trenton Tiger!!!
It started with an inspired pep-rally lead by our cheer squad, volleyball followed with a 5 set win over Wolfe City, The Fighting Tiger Marching Band made their inaugural performance, and football capped the evening with a shutout win over Celeste.
